OLIVER BIERHOFF (A.C.MILAN): this picture was taken in the final of Euro 96 when he scored 2 goals. But in Euro 2000 ,he couldnt play more than one game, not to mention scoring. 
DAVID BECKHAM :(MANCHESTER UNITED):The man was fed up after all hair products companies try to let him advertise their products as a model . so, as a punishment to them all he joined (Collina's club)that he will be no more idle for such advertisement :) 
VITOR PAYA (SPORTING LISPON): In Euro 2000 against Turkey he was the great wall of china and also during the hole cup. But against France, unfortunately, he was absolutely the opposite. 
FERNANDO COUTO (LAZIO): no body can ever tell that this man is not a good defender. Or he actually knows nothing about soccer or didnt see that man playing with either Portugal or Lazio. But unfortunately he was forbidden to play for a while because of drugs. 
DEDIER DECHAMPS (VALENCIA): What a hug between the leader of the Republic of France, and the leader of the team of France. 
PAVEL NEDVED (JUVENTUS): Although he was injured so soon before the cup, but he did a very good job that Man Utd is dying to let him in. personally I want him in lazio my favorite team. Lazio also asked for toldo to play with them, so Parma asked for Nedved instead, and lazio refused to exchange Nedved their treasure with any body, even great Toldo. But now , unfortunatly he moved to juventus. 
TORE ANDRE FLO (CHELSEA): it seems that every player who is good with his club is not good with his own national team, and the opposite is right. That we noticed that very much in Euro 2000. For example, Flo, had any body noticed him ever in Euro 2000? |

GAIZKA MANDIETA ZABALA (LAZIO): one of the best players in Europe this year, guided his team Valencia to the champions leagues final in 2 seasons but end up second both finals, but now he is playing with lazio. 
FRANCESCO TOLDO (FIORENTINA): you are number one always. French on the final were only lucky.
PATRICK KLUIVERT (BARCELONA): he was so honest when he said that the sixth goal for Holland against Yugoslavia was not his own, although it was to get him into history as the first in the European cup of nation history to score 4 goals in 1 match. Not to mention the bad season he had with Barca the season 2000- 2001.
BREDRAG MIATOVIC (FIORENTINA): once I said to my self that this man can be the worlds no: 1 .I guess I was wrong, cause I didnt notice that he played ever in Euro 2000. 
ALESSANDRO NESTA (LAZIO): This man was one of Euro 2000's best defenders, furthermore, he is the captain of Lazio , one of the worlds best teams ever , since he was 22 years old , although he is always red carded. 
ALESSANDRO DEL PIERO (JUVENTUS): after letting half the man on earth had (Del Piero s beard that is shown in this picture) he is now having the beard of Santa Cluz! 
CANIZARES (VALENCIA): This man was one of the champions league 2000, 20001 seasons best players , like Mandieta , he played a major role in guiding Valencia to the final game . 
ZAHOVICH (VALENCIA): this man came out of nowhere just to say (am here, am good and I can prove it) he scored 4 goals in Euro 2000 in 3 matches only. But still he had a bad season with Valencia, he was always a substitution, and he didnt do any thing in the world cup 2002. 
FABIO CANNAVARO (PARMA): like Nesta , Maldini and Pisutu .he was one of the golden defense line in Euro 2000 (especially against Holland).but unfortunately , this wonderful smile was the opposite of what was shown in the final game , that he cried like a small child who is mother lost , and force me to cry with him. The world cup was the same thing also when Italy had to get out from the secound round :( |

OLIVER KHAN (BYREN MUNCHEN): This man proved him self in the champions league as the best goalkeeper, and was one of the main reasons for Germany to reach the final of the world cup 2002. 
ITALY: Azzuri means blue team in Italian. Kuwaiti team also named (al azraq) means the blue team. Our azraq didnt make it in Asia 2000, and didnt qulify to the world cup ! Azzuri did qulify for more than our azraq did ! but what they both share that both teams have handsom guys :) 
LUIS FIGO (REAL MARDED): In Euro 2000 he proved that he can be classified as one of the worlds best players, especially the game with the Turks. but since he moved to real he gave no good performance ( according to what he was with barca ) and the big prove to my words was the world cup ! had any body heard about this guy either in japan or korea ?!?! 
For a while, u might think that this is a picture of Zorros hero (Antonio Banderas). But no that is SERGIO CONCESAO: (will join ACMILAN for the following season) 
PETER SCHMECHEL (SPORTING LISPON): former man united first goal keeper ,as I think was so wrong when he moved to sporting ,and his excuse was that premier ship had too much pressure. Then, after being the best in the best (club), he preferred to go for a league specified sixth on Europe, and for a club was not there in the last seasons champions league. He had a big state in peoples hearts back there in Manchester (not to mention being big for kids as well). 
NICOLAS ANILKA (P.S.GERMAN): An exilant player , gave his best performances with Arsenal , but unfortunatly moved to Real Madred to be left aside , now he is with P.S.German , and we dont hear about him as we used to .
their were some rumers that he will be a muslem , so will we soon hear about Mohammad , Ahmad or Abdullah anilka :):):) 
RAUL GONZALES (REAL MADRED): after the champions every body said what a good player that man is. But after Euro 2000 and after missing the penalty that can give hope to Spain even for only extra time against France, the press made him cry to death, that he is now having therapy to cure some psychological problems. Poor man I hope he will be fine soon (3asak 3al guwa, ma testahel(Kuwaiti) ). 
ALAN SHEREER (NEW CASTEL): so sad that such a man with such a team (England not new castle) couldnt survive in the Euro 2000 more that 3 games out of 6,and in the world cup 4 games out of 7. And very sad to see such a great man out of the international field after those failures. 
PAOLO MALDINI (AC MILAN): The leader of the best defense lines in the world. And the main captain of the Azzuri. |
